docs: embed Seal certificate screenshots - #183

Show the VERIFIED Seal instrument on the commercial Seal page, desktop and mobile, using the same screenshots folder as the rest of the docs site.
PR descriptions cannot use repo-relative image paths. Plain markdown images also render on github.com; HTML figure wrappers do not.
